We use the latest FLIR E8 Thermal Imaging cameras along with Tramex Encounter Plus Moisture Meters to thoroughly investigate your home for: Termite Nests and Termite Sub Nests, Pipe Leaks, Shower Tray Leaks, and Roof Leaks.

Water leaks within the home will attract termites very quickly if they are within close enough range.

As framing timber soaks up moisture, it begins to decay – sending out a strong attractive scent to termites foraging nearby. A thorough Termite Inspection performed by one of our professional Pest Management Technicians will locate any leaks in your home so you can get them repaired before Termites move in and do any damage. Around 95% of all Termite Infestations that we treat are a direct result of a water leak problem somewhere in the house.
